'Hello! Sam here, lead Instructor and Personal Trainer at Kick-Kwondo. I work with clients of all ages who struggle to achieve and maintain their ideal weight. I give them the support, encouragement and the skills needed so that they can achieve the healthy lifestyle and physique they have always dreamed of!

Our programs are catered to your specific goals. As a fully qualified personal trainer and double black belt this allows us to cover a wider range of exercises than in your average Personal Training sessions, which will keep you more interested and engaged!
